Dear Sir or Madam,
Unfortunately I had to realize that a part is missing at the delivery. SKU no. 208216601, the Steam Crave Aromanizer Plus RDTA in the color black.
Now my question: How is the next proceed, so I still get the Aromanizer Plus yet.

I would suggest to open a PayPal Case and involve them into the talks. GearBest themselves acts REALLY slow in those cases if no pressure applied.
